Nuim Khaiyath on G30S/PKI (?), Part 2 – Good Morning Indonesia with Poetry

Interview with Mr. Nuim Khaiyath, a journalist, a writer, and a former executive producer of Radio Australia on the Indonesian Broadcasting program. At the time of the coup known as the Thirtieth of September Movement (Gerakan 30 September abbreviated as G30S/PKI(?), also known by the acronym Gestapu, was in London working for the BBC’S Indonesian Service. He also appears on the 105.8 FM Jakarta broadcast, every Monday morning on the ‘Postcard from Melbourne’ program.

Among the Indonesian people in Melbourne, he is known as an Islamic religious preacher, who earned the nickname ‘The Walking Dictionary’ due to his extensive knowledge, and wrote a book in 2009 entitled ‘The World in the Eyes of Nuim Khaiyath’, Asasin & a Memoar ‘Jihad’.
